• 99.9% uptime for our control platform
• 24/7 monitoring of smart lighting systems
• Response time of 4 hours for critical issues
• Regular system updates and maintenance
• Technical support during business hours

6. Data and Privacy

Our collection and use of data is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to such collection and use. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services in the past 12 months.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use our services will cease immediately.
